Hi all, There is a fantastic new trove of eukaryote diagrams over on commons. I see that this article has some detailed labels on the current diagrams and I don't want to mess that up. Here's the file in case you want to include it and rejigger some labels. H0n0r (talk) 16:19, 20 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
This article is now very large at c 8.5 K words.WP:TOOBIG suggests that consideration should be given to splitting an article bigger than 8K words. Ths particular article is technically very dense, and contains detailed text on a great range of Diatom attributes in a not particularly logical order. May I propose that we consider the possibilities of a split of one or more sections into separate articles to make, what is a very important subject for many fields of biology and Geology, a more digestible read.
